1.Who we are & what this covers

e-printwerx International LLC, doing business as LeadsPlease® ("we", "us"), operates the LeadsPlease® account portal, signup pages, Data API, and DataWidget® (the "Services"). This policy explains how we handle the personal information of account holders and visitors to the Services.

We are also a provider of marketing data. Section 6 explains, separately, how the consumer and business marketing records we license are sourced, and how anyone can ask to be removed from them.

2.Information we collect

• Account details you give us at signup: your name, business name, work email, phone number, and the password you choose (stored by the LeadsPlease® platform, not readable by staff).
• Go-Live details: your intended use case and estimated volumes.
• Usage information: API requests, orders, counts, and standard web logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to operate and secure the Services.
• Support communications: emails and messages you exchange with us.

3.How we use it

• To create and operate your account, provide the Data API and DataWidget®, and deliver your orders.
• To send service emails — welcome and account links, order and billing confirmations, and onboarding or product updates. You can opt out of anything that isn't strictly transactional at any time.
• To review Live-access requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To bill you as described in the Terms of Use.
• To improve the Services using aggregate, de-identified usage patterns.

We do not sell account holders' personal information.

4.Payment information

Cards are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — card numbers never touch our servers. We keep only what Stripe returns to us: a customer reference, the card brand, and the last four digits, so we can show you which card is on file and bill as agreed. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's privacy policy.

5.Who we share it with

Only as needed to run the Services:

• Service providers — payment processing (Stripe), transactional email delivery, and cloud hosting providers that run our infrastructure.
• The LeadsPlease® platform — your account is provisioned on our core systems that authenticate you and fulfil your orders.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, in which case this policy continues to apply.

6.The marketing data we license

The consumer and business marketing records available through the Services are compiled from public records, surveys, transactional sources, and licensed data compilers, and are refreshed regularly. They contain contact and demographic information used for direct-marketing purposes; they are not consumer reports and may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, or housing eligibility decisions.

If you want your own information removed from the marketing data we license, contact us at info@leadsplease.com or (866) 306-8674 with your name and address. We will suppress matching records from future orders and confirm when it's done.

7.Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws — you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
• correct or delete it;
• opt out of its sale or sharing (for the marketing database, section 6 is the fastest route); and
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Submit a request via the contact details in section 12. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by the applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

8.Cookies & account links

• The portal uses essential cookies and similar storage needed to keep pages working and secure. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the account portal.
• Your personal dashboard link signs you in without a password. Anyone with the link can view your account pages, so treat it like a credential; contact us to rotate it if it's been shared beyond your business.

9.Retention & security

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for billing records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify it. We protect personal information with encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and vendor safeguards, and we will notify you of any breach as required by law. No system is perfectly secure; keep your credentials and dashboard link private.

10.Children & international use

The Services are business tools for adults 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect information from children. The Services are operated from the United States and intended for U.S. use; if you access them from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the U.S.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the portal at least 30 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at this page.
